New2Tri is a 10-week programme to get you to the start, and finish line of your first Sprint Triathlon!

The hugely successful Tritanium TC New2Tri programme is returning for 2023 to help you achieve your triathlon goal.
With experienced club members mentoring you, you will follow a specialised plan incorporating bike and run sessions to help you train and prepare for your first event – TRI Laois in April. By training alongside all club members, you will get regular encouragement and support and will pick up invaluable nuggets of information and knowledge!
- Starting 23rd January 2023 and targeting Tri Laois (pool based TRI) on April 1st.
- 10-week training plan delivered electronically.
