New2Tri is a 10 week programme to get you to the start, and finish line of your first Sprint Triathlon!
With experienced club members mentoring you, you will follow a specialised plan incorporating swim, bike and run sessions to help you train and prepare for your first race.
The training will follow the weekly club sessions and an additional New2Tri cycle on a Saturday to help you gain confidence on the bike.
