New2Tri  is a 10 week programme to get you to the start, and finish line of your first Sprint Triathlon!

The last year has been like no other, but having a goal and working towards achieving it is a great way to maintain focus and increase motivation. 

The hugely successful Tritanium TC New2Tri programme is returning in Marcfh 2021 to help you achieve your triathlon goal. 

It will be slightly different this year with no in person training but we are confident that with a good plan, a turbo trainer and the support of your mentor and the TTC crew you will achieve your tri goals. 

With experienced club members mentoring you, you will follow a specialised plan incorporating bike and run sessions to help you train and prepare for your first event. Currently we cannot swim but once the pools reopen we can share the New2Tri swim .
