We run in the National Indoor Arena on a Wednesday night 9:00-10:00 pm
This gives us access to changing rooms before and showers after and our sessions will never be affected by the weather.
The Wednesday session is an interval session with run coach Alan Sherlock on hand to provide a new session each week. There is a focus on mobility, stretching and activation to avoid injury.
We also have free member led running sessions (for club members) on a Monday and Friday Evening at Maxol (7:15pm) and we encourage our members to support Tyrrelstown Parkrun on a Saturday morning (9:30am).
