We run in the National Indoor Arena on a Wednesday night 8:00-9:00 pm

This gives us access to changing rooms before and our sessions will never be affected by the weather.

The Wednesday session is an interval session. There is a focus on mobility, stretching and activation to avoid injury.

At various times throughout the year, we also have free member led running sessions on a Monday and Friday Evening leaving from Maxol in Mulhuddart.
