Swim sessions take place in the National Aquatic Centre on Tuesdays and Thursday nights 9pm-10:00 pm

The Tuesday swim session, coached by Joe Byrne, is based on building speed and endurance to those with a good swim base.

The Thursday swim session, coached by Grainne Kelly, is for beginners and improvers who wish to be technically better swimmers with a focus on drills.
